Marie Skłodowska-Curie Actions (MSCA)

The MSCA fund excellent research and innovation and equip researchers at all stages of their career, through mobility across borders and exposure to different sectors and disciplines.

The Marie Skłodowska-Curie Actions (MSCA) are the European Union’s reference programme for doctoral education and postdoctoral training. They support researchers at all stages of their careers working across all disciplines. The MSCA support the mobility of researchers between countries, sectors and disciplines to acquire new knowledge, skills and competences with 5 actions: Doctoral Networks (DN), Postdoctoral Fellowships (PF), Staff Exchanges (SE), Co-funding of regional, national and international programmes (COFUND) & MSCA and Citizens.

Swiss eligibility:

For the MSCA Postdoctoral Fellowship 2025 call: Swiss entities can host European Fellowships as beneficiaries and act as the return host in a Global Fellowship. It is no longer possible to choose a Swiss entity as the outgoing host in a Global Fellowship.

Swiss entities can participate in MSCA Doctoral Networks, Staff Exchanges and COFUND call 2025 as beneficiaries.

Please note: for the Staff Exchanges call 2024 Swiss partners participate still as Associated Partners.
