The EIT Climate-KIC is a Knowledge and Innovation Community (KIC), working to accelerate the transition to a zero-carbon, climate-resilient society. It supports innovation that helps society mitigate and adapt to climate change.

Switzerland is part of EIT Climate-KIC Germany, Austria and Switzerland. Contact:
Since 2010 EIT Climate-KIC has supported over 1,800 climate-friendly startups throughout Europe. EIT Climate is the first KIC to become financially sustainable by the end of 2024. In order to maintain operations once grants from its parent institute the EIT run out, it gears its services towards the implementation of climate-neutral innovations.
