Launch of Second THCS Call for Proposals: : Personalised Prevention in Health and Care Services

The European Partnership on Transforming Health and Care Systems (THCS) launched its second joint transnational call for proposals aiming to support the implementation of innovative person-centred health and care models addressing prevention strategies.

Swiss-based researchers and innovators can apply. Further information is provided by the Swiss National Science Foundation and Innosuisse.

Submission deadlines: letter “Intent to apply” is on 16 April 2024; full proposal is on 14 May 2024.
