ERC Starting Grants 2025 Call Now Open

The ERC Starting Grants 2025 call opens today with a deadline of 15 October 2024. Thanks to the progress in the negotiations between Switzerland and the EU, the EU has decided that researchers based in Switzerland can participate as beneficiaries.  

Researchers with 2-7 years of experience since completion of PhD, a promising scientific track record and an excellent research proposal can apply for a 5-year grant (budget up to €1.5 million). For more information, please download our factsheet and self-assessment documents.
