EIT Food Impact Funding Framework Call

 A competitive, open European Institute of Innovation & Technology (EIT) Food Impact Funding Framework promotes ambitious, long-term collaboration that will lead to food systems change. The funding is focused on 2 separate areas – larger-scale collaborative programmes, and innovative single projects.

The current submission window is open until 13 March 2025, 12:00 CET.

Collaborative Missions Programme Funding is available within 3 Missions: 

-  Improve the impact of diet on obesity and non-communicable disease
-  Reduce food-system-related environmental harms
-  Deal with the threats posed by food integrity and complex supply chains

Single Project Funding covers 3 priority areas: 

-  Protein Diversification: Bringing protein diversification to the mainstream
-  Regenerative Agriculture: Enabling farmers to lead the transition to Net Zero
-  Labelling, Packaging & Transparency: Empowering people in their food choices

Swiss participants must prepare their project proposals as potential beneficiaries and apply for funding from the EU. This means that their budget must be included in the total grant amount requested by the consortium from the EU.
